hello

(i realise it's been ages since i last posted! i've caught a very bad case of blogger's block.
but i'm back now and will be posting regularly)

holidays are almost over and i've spent a large part of it working, so here's
a list of of jobs that i've done over the holidays:

1) HR Coordinator

:-)
- getting to know the job market
- learning how to be professional but also,

:-(
- getting a first-hand taste of ugly work politics in a very corporate environment
- brought out the worst in me, felt myself getting more stressed everyday like a little hamster in a wheel

but i'm glad all of that's over now, met some cool people there

2) Junior Secretary

from a super high stress environment to a super chill workplace --
we get paid to watch movies/chat at work

here i got to know people from the other spectrum;
people who are incredibly attentive to all details, something i think i'm really bad at cus i tend to focus too much on the abstract stuff. (learning to be more grounded!)
enjoyed this job tremendously due to the huge amount of free food at buffets and receptions, and also getting to know more people

3) Skinny Pizza

worked at this one with Phanpy bc we wanted to work tgt before uni
kept getting scolded together for the most menial shit --
i rmb thinking 'this is the stupidest task i've ever done'
while being told to transfer pepper sauce into tabasco bottles using a toothpick
the people were nice, though
also, please be nice to people who serve you food they really do get the most shit for no reason at all >:

not all of it was fun but hey, i'm glad i got to try jobs from different industries, that was p eye-opening.

people keep asking me "what are you gonna be after you graduate" / "do you want to become a teacher"
SO STRESSFUL
i don't know exactly what i want to be atm, an arts degree isn't very specific but at the same time keeps options open
guess a thing to do rn would be to study really hard and graduate (hopefully) with upper-class honours,
exposing self to more career options etc
well anyhow i won't be too depressed about it, really like what i'm studying now so that's gotta be good....... right?
things aren't that bad (sounds like i'm psychoing myself hahaha) (ohwell) (yolo)

ALSO who else is an English major but my all time favourite rapper Tablo Danial Armand Lee?????

just look @ dis qt

so charms???

but if anyone asks me what i wanna be when i grow up i'm just gonna tell them
I'M A PRIMADONNA GURL
