Facebook Report Card

Tuesday, August 21, 2012

If you had a Facebook report card, what would it look like?
Perhaps like this:

"SOCIALKIT is a social experiment created to help people understand their social influence online, and generate a summary of sorts in a pretty manner for sharing. Leveraging on a user’s Facebook habits, SOCIALKIT generates a resume based on his or her social behavior."

(by the good people at GOODSTUPH)

Think it's pretty interesting to know what you've been up to on Facebook, given the amount of time we spend on social media these days. Or if you feel narcissistic to assess how popular you are/who stalks you a lot etc hahaha

Another thing to do on Facebook is to check out the:

Chiobu Movement

VS

Guailan Zhabor Movement

(click on the pictures for links)

The parody site is one of the best I've seen hahaha.

The whole CBM thing's been receiving some criticism, some words include "~lo-fi trash is the new art" "undermining women's ability to make substantial art"
Feel that "1st-ever Secret Pop-up Art Party" sounds corny and seems like pseudoart/just another chance to party and look cool and what is with the feminist thing going on here idek

but i like two of the writers on here
hope that some quality stuff emerges from this, will be checking back

Also an interesting thing I saw on the page is this:

Something to think about
